No further explanation needed

I know it’s a little difficult to see in these pictures, but there is water pouring in through the ceiling in the 45 room, pooling on the floor.

Before we left last night, there were 3 more places where water was coming in through the ceiling.

The phone calls we made to the building manager and landlord went unanswered and unreturned.  We’re just trying to get the records out of the way for now, and hope the weather turns cold again.  Needless to say – THIS is why we’re moving!
