Thanks for posting this list. I find that I can't think of many other sequels (and I feel like I'd be cheating to do a Google search.) Jethro Tull's "Wondering Again" might be a stretch, as it lacks clear narrative continuity. I still think "Ashes to Ashes" is more than self-referential, but continues the story. I enjoyed the Peter Schilling tune, which I had forgotten about. I'll listen to more of this stuff, to see what I think. Wow! Thanks for posting this list.
